Do you have a paper catalog?  Due to the fact that our designs are “one of a kind,” we do not have a paper catalog.  This is because the pieces are constantly changing, and a catalog would be out of date before it reached our customers.  The website serves as our online catalog.

Is it safe to place an order online?  It is actually safer for you to enter your credit card information online than tell it to a merchant over the phone.  When you enter your information online with Card Service International the merchant never sees your actual card number.

Is the silver in your jewelry .925 silver (sterling silver)?  All silver used in the jewelry is .925 unless it is listed as Turkish silver (.950 with cadmium as the base metal).  Golting’s silver sources assure her that the silver is nickel free. On rare occasions Liz uses pewter beads, and although they may manufacture without lead, they can have enough lead to have to contain the State of California's lead warning.

Is the gold in your jewelry 18k?  The gold used in Liz Golting jewelry is 14k gold-plated. Because she uses plated gold, the cost to produce a piece is more affordable. You may see blackening or discoloring either on the skin, clothing or the jewelry itself.  There are several reasons for discoloration of gold jewelry, such as metallic abrasion and corrosion, which can sometimes be prevented with general care.

Are discounts available?  No discounts are offered on custom or special orders.  The only discounts available are if for items purchased in quantity.

How long does your jewelry last?  With average wear and tear the jewelry should last for, well, Liz won't say forever, but a very long time if you take care of it properly.
