Return/Exchange Policy
We accept only exchanges within 7 days of receipt of the merchandise. You may call 303.828.8002 or send an email to

within five days of receipt with the reason for the exchange. Merchandise must be in like-new condition including tags and boxes when it is returned, and a credit will be issued.

All returns must meet the following requirements or they will be returned to sender:

All items may be returned only for exchanges within 7 days of receipt of the package. No exchanges will be honored after the 7 days exceptions will be made for holiday gifts.

All jewelry will be resized for free.

A copy of the invoice must be included in package.

Items must be in original box and jewelry price tags must still be on the jewelry or the item will be considered used.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

All returns must be packaged in a padded enveloped and insured. Damaged goods will not be accepted.

Repairs Policy
Liz offers a generous repair policy. If an item purchased through this website should break within 90 days, Liz will repair it for free provided all the beads are returned. If it is past the 90 days, all repairs are $1.00 per inch plus the retail cost of any bead replacement.
Payment options
American Express, Discover, Visa, and Master Card payments are accepted through Card Services International, a secure online payment gateway.
Liz Golting Jewelry Design also accepts PayPal Payments, Checks (US only), Money Orders, and Cashiers Checks. Returned checks are subject to a $20 fee. Payments made with Money Orders or Credit Cards will be shipped as soon as possible. Payments made by check will be sent as soon as the funds are verified.
United States & Canada: Liz accepts Credit Card payments from United States and Canada only. For International orders, please send Cashiers Check or Money Orders to:

Most shipments are mailed within 3-5 working business days, although some orders are shipped in 5 7 working days. Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery of custom orders. Expedited shipping is available upon request (see Rush charges below). Please make sure to note special shipping requests at the time of ordering.

USPS Domestic Shipping
First Class $4.95 - Expected delivery 6-10 days.
Priority $7.50 - Expected delivery 2-3 days.
Priority Rush $17.50 - Expected delivery 2-3 days.
Express $16 - Expected delivery 1-2 days.
Express + Rush $26 - Guaranteed 1- 3 days.
USPS International Shipping
First Class International $6 - Expected delivery 6-10 business days and can be held up in customs.
Please double check your shipping address when ordering. Liz Golting Jewelry Design is not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses and will issue no refunds for merchandise not received as a result of an incorrect shipping address order entry. Additional charges will be assessed to re-ship to the correct address.
Rush orders are guaranteed to ship within 24 hours of receiving the order Monday - Friday.
*Once the merchandise is given to the post office, no claims can be filed on the package until 30 days after the date the item(s) were shipped. Refunds and replacement merchandise will not be given on lost orders until the 30 days after the date of shipment when a claim is filed with the United States Postal Service.

Privacy Policy
Any information given during the process of an order for jewelry, advertising, web design, and the newsletter is confidential and will not be sold or distributed in any way.
All credit card orders are received through a secure shopping cart (www.cartmanager.com) and processed through a secure gateway (authorize.net). When creating an account in the shopping cart your credit card number will not be stored. Only your contact information is kept to make future ordering more convenient.
Credit card information received during the process of an order may be verified with the bank to ensure the order is valid. Customers may also be contacted to confirm an order placed online.
Credit card information will not be used on any future order without express permission from the cardholder.
